When you click “karaoke” icon, then the screen displays “Initializing”
If you meet the problem “Not found hard drive!”
Then that means the internal hard drive installed onto the machine is not well connected.
Please open the panel of the karaoke machine, then refer image bellow to reconnect these 3 ports marked in the picture (yellow color).
