The default video output is 560P. It's for compatible both AV and HDMI port. Because AV port only supports 560p. However, for many 4K and HD TV, if the TV's video resolution is very high. then you will find there is no display on TV when you use HDMI port for video output. Because your TV doesn't support low resolution. To solve the problem, please follow instructions bellow to change the default settings of the video output of the karaoke player to 1080P, then the issue will be solved.
Notice, there is a bug of the player, you have to setup bellow settings in chinese menu interface. We make detailed diagram for your reference bellow.
1. Press【中/EN】 inco to switch the menu interface to 【简体】
2. press 【设置】“”SETUP“ icon, then input password “4652” to boot into setup menu.
3. select the last tab 【系统设置】for system settings.
4. you will find the last line with the option of 【HDMI 1080】, tick that option, then click 【保存设置】-save settings to save the settings.
5. Press [中/EN] icon to switch back to English menu interface. Restart the player to test again.
